users to share and browse listings related to in-game vehicle (car) content.
- Purpose: The sole purpose of this service is to provide a technical
infrastructure where users can voluntarily publish and view listings.
- Independence: Our platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially
connected to any game, game publisher, or game economy.
- Non-Interference: We do not interfere with any game systems, game services, or
official game marketplaces, and we do not aim to impact or harm any game economy.
2. Relationship with Game
Companies
All game names, brands, trademarks, and visual assets referenced in user content remain the property
of their respective owners.
- No Partnership: This platform has no official partnership, sponsorship, or
affiliation with any game company.
- Fair Use: Listings are created by users for descriptive purposes only.
3. User Responsibility and
Content
Every listing, image, description, and communication shared on the platform is the sole
responsibility of the user who publishes it.
- No Guarantee: The platform does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality,
or reliability of user-generated content.
- Compliance: Users confirm that their shared content does not violate
third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or the Terms of Service of the respective
game publishers.
- Prohibited Actions: Users must not use this platform to facilitate cheating,
hacking, or any activity that violates the rules of the games listed.
4. Limitation of Liability
(Trades & Transactions)
The platform acts solely as a hosting provider and is not a party to any transaction.

- Game Account Status & Bans: Users acknowledge that using third-party platforms

including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, limitations, or removal of in-game

external contact information (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp). PlayGaraj has no control over, and
assumes no liability for, any communication, negotiation, or transaction that occurs outside of
the PlayGaraj application. Users are strongly advised to exercise caution when communicating
off-platform.
5. Account Termination
The platform management reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts without prior
notice if fraudulent activity, scamming, or violations of these terms are detected.
