This privacy policy applies to the PlayGaraj app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by VIZEYON (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".


1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information includes:

  • User Provided Information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, and password (encrypted). If you contact us for support, we keep the record of that correspondence.
  • User Generated Content (UGC): Data you upload for listings, including images of in-game vehicles, descriptions, and prices. Please note that listing information is public.
  • Automatically Collected Information: Internet Protocol address (IP), device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

2. Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data:

The Application offers "PRO" subscriptions or digital goods. The Service Provider does not process or store your credit card or payment instrument details. All payment transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing services.

4. Data Deletion and Account Rights

Pursuant to Google Play Data Safety policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

  • In-App: You can delete your account directly via the "Settings > Delete Account" option within the Application.
  • Web Request: You may also request data deletion by emailing us at garajplay@gmail.com.

Upon request, we will delete your account info, active listings, and chat history permanently, unless we are required to retain certain data for legal obligations.

5. Disclaimer Regarding Game Publishers

PlayGaraj is an independent marketplace for trading virtual in-game items. VIZEYON is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any game developers or publishers whose vehicle models may appear in the App. All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders.

6. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
