Community Guidelines

A Safe and Fair Marketplace

PlayGaraj (provided by VIZEYON) is a global community built on trust, safety, and fair trade. The Platform is dedicated to user-generated listings of in-game virtual vehicles and custom design configurations. All users registering on the Platform agree to abide by these guidelines. Violations will result in strict enforcements, ranging from listing removal to permanent account termination.

These Community Guidelines are incorporated into our Terms of Service. Any breach of these Guidelines constitutes a direct breach of the Terms.

1. Marketplace Integrity & Real Money Trading (RMT) Policies

• Tiered Framework Constraints: PlayGaraj operates a strict tiered listing system. Users on a Standard Account are permitted to list virtual vehicle configurations exclusively using the default in-game framework currency, designated as Game Money (GM).
• Prohibition of Real Money Trading (RMT): Standard accounts are strictly prohibited from soliciting, offering, or negotiating transactions involving real-world fiat currencies (e.g., USD, EUR, TL, AZN), external payment methods (e.g., bank transfers, IBAN, Papara, PayPal, Wise, Zelle), or digital gift cards (e.g., Steam, Google Play, Razer Gold) inside listings, titles, descriptions, tags, or user-to-user chat logs.
• PRO Subscription Privileges: The capability to use the "Custom Offer" option (defining flexible value metrics, including fiat representations) is a premium feature reserved strictly for verified PRO Subscription holders. Bypassing this restriction via alternative payment demands in chat logs constitutes a direct violation.
• External Contact Fields:Publishing WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, or other external contact details on a listing is a PRO-only privilege. Standard accounts must conduct initial negotiations through PlayGaraj's in-app chat.
• Auction Integrity: Auction-type listings must use Game Money (GM) exclusively. Custom Offer pricing is not permitted on auctions.
• Market Manipulation: Creating fake listings, intentionally flooding the marketplace with deceptive pricing, or using misleading listing titles to manipulate the economy is prohibited.

1A. Listing Scope & Vehicle Configuration Rules

PlayGaraj is purpose-built for virtual vehicle and configuration listings. Users must respect the following Platform-enforced boundaries:

• Permitted Content: Listings must relate to in-game virtual vehicles or custom design configurations (e.g., color, horsepower, photos, trade/sale/wanted/auction offers). Listing types include sale, trade, free, wanted, and auction.
• Publisher Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their listings do not violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) or Terms of Service of the respective game publisher. PlayGaraj does not endorse breaches of third-party game rules.
• Game Account Trading: The Platform is not designed for selling full game accounts, login credentials, or account takeovers. Advertising credential transfers, account hijacking, or unauthorized account sales is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
• Listing Field Limits: Titles must remain concise (maximum 35 characters); descriptions must not exceed 400 characters; tags are limited to 1–5 per listing; horsepower values must not exceed 9,999; and GM prices must not exceed 99,999,999. Front and rear vehicle images are required for sale/trade listings.
• Listing Duration: Standard listings expire after 7 days. PRO listings may remain active for up to 30 days, subject to Platform rules and boost features.
• No Payment Escrow:PlayGaraj does not process payments, hold funds, or provide escrow. Users who send advance deposits ("kapora") or off-platform payments do so entirely at their own risk.

2. User Safety, Cyber Threats, and Extortion (Zero-Tolerance)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against behaviors that jeopardize the psychological or physical safety of our users:

• Extortion & Blackmail: Threatening, pressuring, or coercing other users to force the transfer of virtual assets, currency, or platform privileges is strictly prohibited.
• Fabricated Legal & Surveillance Threats: Intimidating users by making unverified and malicious claims such as "I tracked your IP address/IMEI," "I am sending law enforcement to your address," or weaponizing fake cybercrime unit threats is an immediate, permanent ban offense.
• Stalking and Physical Surveillance: Explicitly or implicitly stating intentions involving physical surveillance—such as traveling to a user's country/location to capture media or document their situation—is strictly categorized as a severe safety violation regardless of interpreted intent.

3. Protection of Minors

PlayGaraj is dedicated to safeguarding underage players. Protection of minors is an absolute line for VIZEYON:

• Psychological Exploitation: Exploiting, aggressively pressuring, or continuing to manipulate a user after learning or being declared that the counterparty is a minor will result in immediate and permanent exclusion.
• Institutional Intimidation: Threatening minor users with statements meant to induce severe distress, such as "I will report you to child protective/social services to take you away" or threatening to expose them to their families under fraudulent pretexts, is strictly prohibited.

4. Fraud, Scams, and Impersonation

• Off-Platform Redirection: Luring users away from the secure PlayGaraj chat environment to third-party applications (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram) with malicious intent to execute scams is prohibited.
• Staff Impersonation: Pretending to be an administrator, moderator, or official representative of VIZEYON or PlayGaraj to acquire account credentials or virtual assets is a severe offense.
• Falsifying Evidence: Submitting modified screenshots, manipulated payment receipts, or altered chat logs to the moderation team to falsely report innocent users is strictly banned.
• Fake Trades & Receipts: Staging fraudulent vehicle trades, presenting forged payment confirmations, or intentionally misleading counterparties about listing authenticity constitutes grounds for permanent ban.

5. Cheats, Hacks, and Modded Software

• Malicious Software: Advertising, selling, or distributing game exploits, automation scripts (bots), cheats, or modded APKs on the Platform is forbidden.
• Security Breaches: Sharing links or files containing viruses, keyloggers, or malicious code via chat logs is strictly prohibited.

6. Communication & System Misuse

• Hate Speech & Explicit Content: Using slurs, engaging in racial, ethnic, or religious discrimination, or distributing explicit/adult content within chat logs, profiles, or listings is prohibited. Political propaganda and hate imagery on profiles are likewise forbidden.
• Abuse of Reporting Tools:Weaponizing the "Report" system against competitors or innocent users due to personal rivalries is a violation.
• Spam & Harassment: Flooding users with unsolicited trade offers, repeated insults, or disruptive messages may trigger conduct penalties and temporary chat restrictions.
• Automated Listing Safeguards: Listings that accumulate a critical volume of valid community reports may be automatically hidden from the public marketplace (shadow moderation) pending review. Repeated policy strikes may progressively restrict posting, chatting, and ultimately full Platform access.

7. Enforcement Tiers

• Tier 1: Warning – Minor infractions receive a formal warning via email or in-app notice.
• Tier 2: Temporary Ban (3 to 7 Days) – Repeated communication or listing violations result in temporary account suspension. Progressive strikes may also revoke posting rights and, upon further escalation, chat privileges before a full temporary ban is applied.
• Tier 3: Permanent Termination – Severe violations (Extortion, Minor Exploitation, Threats, Severe RMT Bypasses, Fraud) result in permanent Firebase Auth disabling. In strict adherence to cyber security and minor safety protocols, evidentiary moderation logs will never be shared with terminated accounts.

8. Spirit of the Rules & Policy Circumvention

• The Spirit vs. The Letter: These guidelines are not intended to be an exhaustive checklist of all prohibited behaviors. PlayGaraj expects all users to respect the underlying spirit and intent of these safety and marketplace rules.
• Zero-Tolerance for Loophole Exploitation: Any deliberate attempt to seek loopholes, manipulate terminology, abuse technical omissions, or circumvent policies to engage in malicious activities, bypass platform restrictions, or exploit other users will be treated as a direct and severe violation.
• Enforcement: If platform administration detects that a user is acting in bad faith by deliberately undermining the ecosystem—even if the specific act is not explicitly indexed word-for-word in this document—necessary disciplinary actions, up to permanent account termination, will be strictly enforced.
